Overview
JZJS tri-lobe Roots/Liquid Ring vacuum pumping system is composed by the ZJ type Roots vacuum pumps as the main pump and the 2BV/2BE liquid ring vacuum pumps as the fore pump. Through the vacuum electrical contact meter (vacuum relay) and the electrical control system, the automatic starting and stopping, overload and overheat protection of roots vacuum pumps and ring pumps are realized including kinds of instruments and valves.
Structure feature
JZJS tri-lobe Roots/Liquid Ring vacuum pumping system has one or more Roots vacuum pumps and a liquid ring vacuum pumps in series as shown the following figure. Since the liquid ring vacuum pumps used as the fore pump is fit for longterm operation in the pressure scope of from atm to thousands of Pa, this system is particularly suitable for pumping the high humidity gas with mcuh vapour, the condensable and corrosive gases in the industrial processes. Thus, JZJS tri-lobe Roots/Liquid Ring vacuum pumping system is applicable for: the vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, crystallization of dehydration of the chemical industries, and the slicing and drying of polyester and leather products in the textile industry, and the freeze drying in the food industry and the vacuum impregnation and drying process in the electric power industry.
