The Eimvac2BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps are suitable for evacuating both gases and water vapor, with an inlet pressure as low as 33 mbarA (corresponding to 97% vacuum). When the vacuum pump operates continuously at inlet pressures below 80 mbarA, it is recommended to connect a cavitation protection tube to safeguard the pump. Additionally, when paired with an atmospheric ejector, the inlet pressure can reach as low as 10 mbarA—allowing the ejector to be directly mounted onto the vacuum pump.
The Elmvac2BV series liquid ring vacuum pumps consists of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series. Notably, the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series feature a coaxial pump design, making them highly space-efficient (with protection ratings up to IP54).

Precision Machining
The forged billet is turned by a CNC lathe to remove most of the allowance, making the shape of the rotor closer to the design size, while leaving an appropriate machining allowance for the subsequent fine processing. The precision machining of the screw profile is carried out using a MAZAK precision machining center. Through precise programming and processing, the profile accuracy of the screw rotor is controlled within the design requirements.
Assembly
After the installation engineer checked the vacuum pump materials, they assembled the vacuum pump products in accordance with the drawing requirements and conducted pressure tests and usage debugging on the assembled vacuum pump products.
Quality inspection
After each processing step of the product is completed, the quality inspection team conducts quality checks based on the processing technology and product standards. Products that do not meet the standards need to be reworked or scrapped.
Shipment
After all processing procedures are successfully completed, the staff responsible for packaging and shipping will check each product against the shipping documents one by one. Once the information is accurate, they will contact the logistics to arrange for shipping.
